The man seated second from right is Private Ernest Webb.

Note that at least one of these men (front row, third from the viewer's right), wears a cyclist regiment cap-badge. In March 1918, when the 1st North Irish Horse Regiment was dismounted and converted to a cyclist regiment, they absorbed a number of men from the disbanded V Corps Cyclist Regiment.
